When is payment due?

4P tuition will be due on the 1st day of each month. This fee will be posted to your account by our admin staff. Payment must be received prior to the start of classes.

Do you observe holidays ?

4P Programming observes the winter holidays and spring break according to the local school board calendar. Training will not be held on statutory holidays. CircusWest closes for 2 weeks during the PNE.

Are there additional fees?

Your total cost of enrolment in a CircusWest program is made up of a number of fees and charges.

Membership is currently $16. Membership runs from September 1st through August 31st and must be renewed annually.

Tuition is the charge for participation in the program - the basic fee-for-service as listed on the Training page.

Student Insurance is currently $42. Insurance runs from September 1st through August 31st and must be renewed annually.

Can I take a break from training?

Two weeks written notice is required for all withdrawals, or sick leave. Payment adjustments will come into effect once we have received your 4P Break Request form. Forms can be supplied by staff upon request.
